Let's meet Augustin Dorgal

This first weekend of july and for the second year, the Nautique European Wakesurf World Cup will take place in the Grau du Roi beach town. During these two days, it will be the occasion to come and enjoy action sports for free, and there will be something for everyone : wakeboarding, wakesurfing, skimboarding, SUP, and even Flyerboard ! 

Meeting with Augustin Dorgal who closed his 2016 Wakesurfing season in Skim amateur class with incredible victories as a French :

World Champion in Florida, USA  

European Champion in Talloires lac d'Annecy, France 

USA Champion in Georgia, USA 

We should definitely take note : it is the first time ever that a French wakesurfer earns so many victories on American ground. Action sports enthusiast, he started to ski at the age of 4 and continued in sports school with freestyle ski in the Grand Bornand ski club. Then his passion for wakesurf really started. He sort of came to competition randomly but found himself winning several contests like King of the lake or Surf the lake. From there, things came to him even more positively, with sponsors and victories. Keep a close eye on him this weekend !
