This week-end, April 30 & May 1st, let’s meet for the Opening of the FISE World Montpellier at the south channel, beach area, in Grau du Roi Port Camargue (South of France). For the first time, the FISE welcomes wakesurfing as a competition ! A first taste of what’s coming with the FISE World Montpellier starting on the 4th of may. Save the date, time flies !

KEENAN FLEGEL- The World Champion
20 years old - Florida - USA 5 times wakesurfing world champion !
Growing up in Deerfield Beach, Florida, he spent most of his time in the water. He’s been entering wakesurfing competitions since 2007, won his first championship when he was 14 and since then, he won 5 world titles. Aside from competition, Keenan is a coach.

ASHLEY KIDD- The extreme’s surfer
22 years old - Texas - USA Ashley is the feminine touch of the competition.
She loves surfing, yoga, snowboarding and nowadays she lives off her passion : wakesurfing. She makes her real start in professional competition in 2010 as she takes part in the Wakesurfing World Championships and ranks 2nd in the amateur women class. Ashley is know for her aggressive style. She always kept reaching the podium ever since, a true champion at heart and a great enthusiast.

SEBASTIEN BALLAND- Le frenchy
24 years old - Juvigny - France Currently riding for Black Revolt, Mastercraft France and Agenda Surf, he was the first European to join the INLAND SURFER US team. Absolute winner of the European championships, he keeps going up and the World championships are his next objective. He’s also sponsored by the french wakesurfing brand BLACK REVOLT. Starting as a wakeboarder, Sébastien Balland moved on to wakesurfing in 2009 due to a dislocated shoulder. Not only is he competing for the World Champion title, he’s also involved in that little know sport’s promotion by offering numerous training camps.
