Bethany Hendrick Wins BMX Street Final

It was a boiling hot day today in Montpellier but what the girls produced on the Street Park was even more fire.  Women’s BMX Street has seen a massive growth in popularity over the past few years with edits such as the Cliche Crews pushing the progression. It was a pleasure to have some of the girls from the crew here with us today. We started the session with 10 year old Malory Cubillos from Barcelona who impressed everyone by cruising the course with ease, definitely one to watch out for in the future. All the girls had their own unique flavour and style Francina Frenadez brought the tech with a really cool footjam and Anahí the grinds with a sick Feeble on the hubba. Bethany Hendrick pipped her Kink Team mate to the top with 2 absolutely jam packed runs. Bethany hardly missed a spot on the course landing bangers on every obstacle she touched. Shoutout to Sarah Stotnicki from Australia in 3rd place. The backbone BMX rider absolutely killed it in her runs and we hope her first time at FISE won’t be the last.
