🚰 Stay Hydrated
Water fountains will be available throughout the venue. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bottle or reusable cup to stay hydrated all day 💪You’ll also find directional totems placed around the site to help you easily navigate each area.
🐕 Can I bring my pet ?
Only assistance dogs are allowed at FISE.
Due to the festive and high-energy environment, it is not suitable for other furry friends.
♿ Accessibilité PRM / PSH
The festival is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM/PSH).
Designated areas are provided at key viewing points to ensure the best possible experience.

🔄 Entrances and exit
If you wish to leave and come back later, make sure to have your ticket’s QR code scanned both at exit and re-entry.
⚠️ Any unscanned exit will be considered final.
🚶♂️Getting to FISE
Car access is limited - we strongly recommend using public transport or soft mobility options:
🚲 Bike: Racks available around the venue
🚋 Tramway:
• Line 1 & 4: "Place de l’Europe" or "Rives du Lez"
• Line 3: "Port Marianne" or "Moularès Hôtel de Ville"
Prefer carpooling (Blablacar, Karos, etc.) and use Park & Ride lots with tram access: 🅿️ Occitanie, Mosson, Sabines, Odysseum, etc.
