FISE Montpellier has got with the biggest, boldest and best names all revved up and set to compete. Ready to blow the minds of Montpellier audiences, the mix of disciplines on display are guaranteed to bring new challenges to our riders. The stakes are at an all-time high… the tension swirls as our competitors seek the championship crowns… With all this in mind, take a look at the disciplines – and some athletes who will rock your world.
UCI BMX FREESTYLE PARK WORLD CUP
Lara Lessmann is your rider to back here in the women’s competition. Taking 3rd at Montpellier and 2nd overall in 2018, her flair and creativity know no bounds. The friendly rivalry between her and the No 1 Hannah Roberts propels their moves to the max. Lara will definitely be on a mission for that crown, hands down.
Irek Rizaev loves to make a splash! Riding the new concrete Skate Park, and known for his ballsy moves and big air, he’s sure to soar to new heights. With the added pressure of Olympic qualification, this is a guaranteed killer performance.

Famous for his signature Spider Glide, Lee Musselwhite is a firm crowd favourite. Pushing the limits at every stop, he brings an energy fans can’t get enough of – and neither can we. Expect big things! BMX DIRT Anthony Napolitan has a BIG reputation and we know he’ll be taking the risks to reap the rewards. Massive personality, huge air, killer shredding. Three things that mean we’re in for a treat when he hits the BMX Dirt track on its return to the FISE stage.
WORLD SKATE ROLLER FREESTYLE PARK CUP
Buckle up and prepare for take-off! Diako Diaby will be skyrocketing the track and you’ll be hooked! Expect huge flips, sickening skills, and the crowd to be going wild for this home-grown legend.
SKATEBOARD STREET PRO
Smiling no matter what, Benjamin Garcia is a sure-fire bet when it comes to some serious steez. He’ll work every inch of the concrete Park with his super-smooth lines and signature, effortless style. You know he’s going to flyyyyy!
FIG PARKOUR MEN’S FREESTYLE
When Kenichi Sato negotiates urban landscapes, he creates a pure art form. Contorting in ways we haven’t dreamed possible, his huge talent will be elevated to the highest level as he touches down on this mental Montpellier course.

Fans are going to flip when this guy makes his appearance… Maxime Roux hits it hard every chance he gets and Montpellier can expect him to bring the heat. At only 14, he’s already one of the best and we have no doubt he’ll will keep blowing our minds with his magic moves!
WORLD SKATE ROLLER FREESTYLE WOMEN CUP
All hail the bladie Queen! Chihiro Azuma is gracing Montpellier with her boss moves, ultra-clean lines, and infectious smile. Repping Japan, and looking for another crown, she’ll bring fearless energy and unrivalled flow as she tackles the track.
BOYD THE BONUS
Okay, you’ve twisted our arm… ONE MORE… Boyd Hilder is racing to Montpellier and he’s going to rip BMX Street AND BMX Park. You can count on seeing a mash of buttery-smooth combo’s, meaty tricks, and charisma to the nines. You won’t want to miss him, for sure. The countdown is on. One thing is certain – it’s going to be a helluva ride.
