Amazing Day 2 in Aarhus!

It was an international affair in the women’s qualification contests today as the ladies took to the park in front of a hyped crowd here at the Urban Sports Festival Aarhus. The first qualification rounds produced some exceptional riding and the level was high to try and break through into the finals. Julia Rick took an uncharacteristic tumble in her heat but managed to grab one of the Last Chance Qualifying places and will ride again tomorrow. Full list of qualifiers:

Special mention to local rider Rebecca Bon from Denmark who made it through, we’re sure she will have the home crowd behind her in the finals. The final is at 14:30 local time tomorrow so make sure to stay tuned to the FISE Social Channels to follow the action.

MEN’S SEMI-FINAL

The sun was going down over the Aarhus Watersports Complex as the men’s competition was getting underway, which made for a beautiful atmosphere worthy of a Pro Semi-Final. 12 riders had made it through from yesterday’s qualifiers and only half of those could advance to tomorrow’s final, these are the guys that made it through:
