Budapest is a perfect destination to spend a long weekend, easy to get to by plane. Many low cost airlines offer the very best deals on tickets. Hungary still does not have euro, so we are talking about « Forint ». Good to know, this destination will be fairly kind to your wallet. Regarding accommodation, the offer is wide and for all levels of budget. You will mostly walk or use public transportation (subway, bus, tram and ferry) taking you anywhere in the city, to visit Budapest.
